This website is to inform you of a final distribution to holders of allowed unsecured claims of Reorganized FLI, Inc., formerly Farmland Industries, Inc. (referred to herein as “RFLI”), which may take place in 2023 and/or 2024.
Action Required
Before receiving the distribution, you must do the following:
- Submit the completed payee form to reflect how you would like the check made out. Please note any name or address changes. Even if no changes are required, please note your preferred mailing address under Payee 1.
- If a name change is required because the person or entity is no longer the claim owner, please submit the necessary supporting documents. More information can be found by clicking on the Name Change Instructions button above.
- If the notice you received requested a W9 form, please submit a completed W9 for each payee by email or mail.
The above action items are necessary to receive the distribution. If we do not receive the requested docuemnts, your distribution(s) will not be made and your claim will no longer be deemed allowed.
